Shipping policy

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please allow 1 -2 business days for your order to be processed. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped on business days Monday – Thursday (excluding major holidays). Depending on what state you live in, you should receive your order within 1 – 5 business days.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is FREE on all US orders $200+. All additional orders are subject to shipping calculated at checkout.

WHAT CARRIER DO YOU SHIP WITH?
We ship all orders with USPS or FedEx.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently ship anywhere in the United States and Canada. For Canada orders, customer is responsible for any duty, taxes, handling fees, and customs clearance charges. We can’t guarantee time of delivery as it is dependent on customs and UPS international shipping policy. We do not ship internationally outside of Canada at this time.

FREE LOCAL PICKUP
Free local pickup is available at Myers Dermatology clinic: 5701 Ambassador Caffery Parkway, Youngsville, LA 70592. Standard business hours Monday – Thursday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. 

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We, Myers Dermatology, are not responsible for any lost or damaged items while they are in route to their destination. We have curbside pickup and instore pick up available for those who do not want products delivered to an outside destination.
